  • Salmon Fillets 4 (skin on)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Basil/Thyme a small handfull (chopped)
  • For the Crab Mash
  • New Potatoes 8 par boiled and peeled
  • Olive Oil
  • Spring Onions 2 chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Vinaigrette a drizzle
  • Coriander 1/4 cup
  • Crab Meat 200 g
  • For the Vinaigrette
  • Olive Oil 3.5 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Water 1 teaspoon
