  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon White Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cups Cornflour
  • Oil, For Frying

    Cut all vegetables into 1-inchs pieces.

    Put all vegetables in a big bowl.

    Sprinkle vinegar, salt , pepper, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, and cornflour.

    Sprinkle a little water just to make sure the cornflour coats all the vegetables.

    Fry vegetables in hot oil.
