Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef chuck or stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
Directions

1Place meat in crock-pot.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper.

3Pour over meat.

4Stir to coat meat with flour.

5Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

6Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours (best way!) or high 4 to 6 hours.

7Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
