Crock-Pot Beef Tips

- 2 lb. beef tips
- flour for dredging
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
- 1 can water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 chopped medium onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for browning tips
Directions

1Roll beef tips in flour and brown in oil in skillet.

2After browning, put tips in crock-pot and add consomme, water, bouillon cube, and onion.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Cook on low heat until done.

5Serve with potatoes or rice and a green salad or green vegetable.
