- 1 large round steak, cut in 1-inch squares
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 c. water or more
- 3 beef bouillon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Dip round steak in flour.

2Brown in oil with onions and celery.

3Drain and put in crock-pot.

4Add cream of mushroom soup, beef bouillon and water.

5Stir gently until mixed well.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7This will thicken as cooks.

8Turn on low for longer cooking time or high for faster.

9Serve over rice.

10Double for larger meal.

11Great cooked Saturday for Sunday dinner.
