Directions

1Wash beans. Soak the beans overnight with water to top of crock-pot on slow.

2Turn to high the next morning and cook all day.

3Add chunks of ham and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Jiffy corn bread, frozen shredded hash browns, shredded cheese, canned tomatoes, etc.
