Crock Pot Chicken Mess

  • 1/4 cups Finely Diced Onion
  • 1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Container) Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10.5 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Cubed
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice, To Serve

Directions

    Start by placing the onions, mushrooms and margarine into a small pan to saute until tender.

    Next mix together the chicken, sour cream, soup, milk and salt and pepper to taste.

    Add in the cooked onion and mushrooms.

    Stir well until coated.

    Pour into your crock pot.

    Cook on High for 4 hours.

    At the last 45 minutes of cooking, add in the cream cheese that has been cubed.

    To serve, place cooked rice onto a plate and top with the hot chicken mixture.

    Note: you may also replace the rice with cooked pasta noodles.
