Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. dry pinto or kidney beans, parboiled
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped or 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 can tomato paste (with 1 can water)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1To completely fill crock-pot, add tomato sauce or water, depending on consistency desired.

2Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed and stir well one time.

3Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 5 to 6 hours.

4Hot and delicious.
