- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 beaten egg whites
Directions

1Peel and quarter the potatoes and boil until soft.

2Mash them and add cream cheese, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and egg whites.

3Place in a crock pot or a casserole dish.
