- barbecue sauce
- 1 12 cups ketchup
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup vinegar (cider vinegar is also nice)
- 3 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1 12 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

2Place pulled pork in crock-pot on low for about 8 hours.

5BARBECUE SAUCE: Combine all barbecue sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat on low for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
