- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Directions

1Put chuck roast into crock-pot.

2Add all ingredients to this. Add enough water to cover just over the ingredients.

3Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

4May be best to add your cut up potatoes last so it won't be mushy.

5You can add the last hour.
