  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dry seasoned stuffing
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. chicken broth or 3 c.
