- 2 to 3 lb. venison
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can celery soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. lemon pepper
Directions

1Mix salt, pepper and lemon pepper and flour venison.

2Brown on both sides and place in crock-pot.

3Add remaining ingredients and cook for 4 to 6 hours on medium.

4Serve over rice.
