- 8 -10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- 12-1 teaspoon salt
- 12-1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 cup coconut oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 12 diced onion
- 14-13 balsamic vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons dried rosemary or 1 bunch fresh rosemary
Directions

1Combine basil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

2Season both sides of chicken thighs.

3Add coconut oil, minced garlic, and onions to the bottom of the crockpot.

4Place chicken on top and pour balsamic vinegar over chicken.

5Add rosemary.

6Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

7Serve with cauliflower rice, quinoa or vegetables.
