Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground Chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 15 oz. cans kidney beans, undrained
  • 2 cans Chili Beans, undrained
  • 1 32 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 4 oz can chopped Green chilies
  • 1/4 cup Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ground Red pepper
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

    Brown meat, drain and add to slow cooker.

    Add canned products and spices, stir.

    Cook on low heat for 5 or 6 hrs.

    Serve with white rice
