- 2 pounds green beans
- 1 onion medium
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 russet potatoes
- 2 turkey legs
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Wash, rinse, and snap green beans. Cut into edible size.

2Rough chop the onion and potatoes.

3Put all ingredients into crockpot. Fill the remaining space in the crockpot with water about 2/3 of the way.

4Cook for at least 10 hours.

5Before serving, remove the turkey leg meat from the bones and incorporate.
