  • 2 pounds green beans
  • 1 onion medium
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 2 turkey legs
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Wash, rinse, and snap green beans. Cut into edible size.

    Rough chop the onion and potatoes.

    Put all ingredients into crockpot. Fill the remaining space in the crockpot with water about 2/3 of the way.

    Cook for at least 10 hours.

    Before serving, remove the turkey leg meat from the bones and incorporate.
