Ingredients
- 1 lb lasagna noodle
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 32 oz ricotta cheese (you won't be using all just use as you go
- 1 grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Pam spray
- 1 pinch cracked red pepper
- 1 salt and paper to taste
- 1 garlic salt
Directions

1Boil 4 quarts of water and add salt and a light spray of pam or oil so the noodle won't stick.

2Cook al dente.

3Spray your crockpot with the pam and put on low

4Brown your meat, add onions, garlic salt, black pepper, and salt to your likings.

5Once your meat is brown add your spaghetti sauce.

6Fill your spaghetti sauce jar 1/4 of the way with water to get out the left over sauce and add it to the pan.

7Let it simmer on low for 20 minutes.

8Spray your crockpot once again.

9Let the layering begin.

10Always start with the sauce first

11Next add the noodle

12Add ricotta, parmesan, meat sauce, and mozzarella then noodles again.

13And repeat the layering

14Cook on low for 4 hours and DO NOT LIFT THE LID...
