  • 1/2 cup Douglas Fir needles
  • 1 tablespoon versawhip
  • 1/4 tablespoon Xanthan gum
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Daiquiri:
  • 2 ounces herbaceous white rum such as Brugel White Label Rum
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
