- 2 lb. hamburg
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Quik salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Set hamburg aside. Add remaining ingredients together and mix well.

2Add to hamburg.

3Mix with hands.

4Refrigerate for 24 hours. Be sure to cover mixture.

5Roll into logs.

6Place on broiler pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

7Cool.

8Slice and serve. Can be frozen.
