- 2 tablespoons Maille Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices ham good
- 15/16 cup gruyere cheese thinly shaved
- 1 tablespoon Maille Hollandaise Sauce
- oil for frying
- 4 eggs Fresh
Directions

1Lightly toast bread on both sides and smear with Maille(R) Dijon Originale mustard on one side. Place toast on a worktop, mustard side up and lay a slice of ham on top. Next add thin slices of Gruyere with a little Maille(R) Hollandaise Sauce. Fry four eggs and put on top of this, then finish with remaining toast slices, mustard side down.
