  • milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • fine dry bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
