  • 1 lb. 93% lean beef
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. chopped onions
  • 28 oz. diced canned tomatoes
  • 2 14 oz. cans kidney beans
  • 6 oz. beer
  • 2 TBL concentrated beef base
  • 1/2 TBL ground cumin
  • 1 TBL chili powder
  • 3 large jalapenos seeded or not
  • 1/2 TBL cayenne pepper
  • 1 TBL paparika
  • 1/2 TBL fresh ground black pepper
  • kosher salt to taste
