- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Cook potatoes with bay leaf until barely tender.

2Peel and grate potatoes.

3In a pot, add butter to soup.

4Stir until smooth. Blend in sour cream, salt and pepper.

5Sprinkle in onion salt and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
