- 20 oz. frozen cauliflower
- 10 oz. frozen cut broccoli
- 17 oz. can creamed corn
- 17 oz. can whole corn, drained
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. herb cubed stuffing
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions. Cut up any large pieces.

2Combine two styles of corn, cheese and soup.

3Fold in cooked vegetables and mushrooms.

4Turn into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Toss stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.

6Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
