  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda

    Cream the first 3 ingredients with hands. Take out 1/2 cup of the mixture and set it aside. To the rest add the remaining ingredients. After it is in the pan for baking, sprinkle the creamed crumbs on top. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°. (I add some salt.)
