Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried yeast
- 300 ml water
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 ml milk
Directions

1dissolve the yeast in the warm water for 10 minutes.

2mix flour, salt and baking powder in bowl, make a well and add milk and yeast mix.

3Stir to combine and work mixture for 2 mins until elastic dropping consistency.

4Rest batter 20 minutes.

5Heat a cast iron pan, on med, containing 2-3 greased metal rings.

6pour about 1/2 cm of batter in to each ring.

7The top surface should become bubbly (if the batter runs under the mould add more flour).

8Once set remove ring and flip to cook other side for about 3 minutes.

9Devour and enjoy :).
