- 35 saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Place crackers in single layer on bottom of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.

3Cook butter and sugar in saucepan on medium-high heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

4Bring to boil; cook 3 min.

5(Do not stir.)

6Spread onto crackers.

7Bake 5 to 7 min.

8or until topping is golden brown.

9Immediately sprinkle with chocolate; let stand 5 min.

10or until softened.

11Spread over crackers; top with nuts.

12Cool.
