  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream shortening and add sugar, gradually.

    Continue to cream until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Add all of flour at one time and mix well.

    Bake in paper-lined tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
