  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Butterscotch Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 6 Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Bran Crunch cookies, crushed
  • 1 banana, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted finely chopped pecans

    Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    Spoon one-third of the pudding evenly into four dessert or parfait glasses; top evenly with layers of half each of the cookie crumbs and bananas.
