- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 20 soda crackers, crushed, but not too fine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat egg whites until fluffy.

2Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.

3Beat in vanilla.

4Fold in cracker crumbs that have been mixed with sugar and nuts.

5Put in greased 9-inch pan, round or square.

6Bake 30 minutes at 375°.

7Serve with fresh berries, peaches, ice cream, or whipped cream.
