  • 1 12 lbs sirloin steaks
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • cooked rice or noodles

    Crush garlic and rub into steak.

    In small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper--rub onto steak then pound it with a meat tenderizer.

    Cube steak.

    Melt butter or margarine in large pan.

    Add steak and brown.

    Once browned, add onion and cook until transparent.

    Add soup and mushrooms and stir well.

    Simmer covered over medium low heat for 45 minutes.

    Add sour cream and heat through.

    Serve over ric eor noodles.
