  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 teaspoons soda bicarb
  • 5 ounces butter

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients-coconut,oats,sugar,flour,salt.

    Boil butter and syrup

    Add soda bicarb.

    Add dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Press on to a flat baking tray.

    Bake for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180C until golden brown.
