- 200 grams Bienetta or Florenta flour
- 200 grams chopped/thinly sliced almonds
- 100 grams green sunflower seeds
- 20 grams white/black sesame seeds

1Add Bianetta/Florenta flour with white/black sesame seeds

2Almonds and green sunflower seeds baked in the oven (150c) for 5 minutes

3Meanwhile, get ready with 14x14 baking pan with non-stick paper

4Add all ingredients in a bowl.

5Mix well

6Put the mixture in the baking pan, just thin and even.

7Bake in 160c for 10-15 minutes

8After it is out from the oven, quickly cut the nuts in your preferable size before it becomes cold and crunchy.
