- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 Egg Beater
Directions

1Place fruit in an oblong baking dish.

2Combine flour, sugar and egg.

3Mix with a fork until crumbly.

4Spread this crumbly mixture and the fruit.

5Spoon the butter or margarine over fruit. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350° or until brown and crunchy.
