  • 5 small onions, thinely cut
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 300 grams peas
  • 1 cup cooked rice, room temperature or cold
  • 1 sesame oil
  • 1 soy sauce
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 Sriracha
  • 1 chinese five spice

Directions

    Fry the onions in some vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

    Saute for a minute then add the chicken
  3. 3
    When the meat is nicely browned, turn the heat down to cook the chicken through
  4. 4
    When the meat's done, add peas and fry for a minute over high heat.

    Add cooked rice

    Fry the rice for a minute then add seasoning.

    Take off heat and enjoy :)
