- 3 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 3/4 stick butter
- seasoned salt
- paprika
- taco or Tabasco sauce
- chicken
Directions

1Put cornflakes in plastic bag and crush them with the rolling pin.

2Then dump them into a pie pan.

3Melt butter.

4Roll each piece of chicken into the butter.

5Then coat the piece in the cornflake crumbs.

6Place in a big enough pan (they shouldn't be touching each other), then sprinkle paprika and seasoned salt over.

7Bake in 400° oven for 45 minutes uncovered.
