- 1/2 cup ghee
- 16 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 carrots
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp dried sweet basil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Heat ghee

2Add rice

3Peel wash carrots chop about 1 inch long

4Add carrots

5Add onions

6Add water except tablespoon

7Mix tomatoes and sugar and spices together

8When liquid is almost gone add tomatoes

9Mix tablespoons of water and cornstarch together when water is almost gone add cornstarch solution let cook getting a brown crust on bottom drain off excess ghee

10Cook longer getting crust on rice enjoy
