- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 salmon steaks or fillets,, 6 to 8 ounces each
Directions

1Spray the cold grill racks with nonstick cooking spray.

2Preheat the grill to medium heat.

3In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the salmon; mix well.

4Rinse the salmon with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

5Spread the mixture over both sides of the salmon, dividing it evenly.

6Grill the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through in the center.

7Serve immediately.
