- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
- 3/4 c. Mozzarella, shredded
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion, Italian seasoning and salt (it will be thick).

3Cook over low heat for 5 minutes; stir often.

4Place biscuits in greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.

5Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake in 400° oven for 12 minutes or until brown.

7Makes 12 Pizza Cups.
