  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Pour into pie pan lightly greased with butter.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake about 50 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Flour settles to bottom during baking to form a very light crust.
