Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and nutmeg (if used) until smooth. Add milk and salt.

    Fold in coconut (if used).

    Grease pie dish. It makes it's own crust.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 45 minutes; this prevents a soggy crust.
