- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 large green onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- paprika
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Combine eggs, hash browns, cheese, onion, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce; stir well.

2Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.

3Sprinkle with paprika.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until set.

5Sprinkle bacon evenly on top.

6Bake an additional 5 minutes.
