  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 large green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • paprika
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

    Combine eggs, hash browns, cheese, onion, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce; stir well.

    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle with paprika.
