Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk, warmed
- 6 eggs, beaten, or egg substitute
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350° and grease a 6 cup rectangular baking dish. In small saucepan, make white sauce:

2Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.

3Do not allow to brown.

4Continue stirring, whisk while adding milk.

5Bring just to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk beaten eggs.

6Stir in cheeses and seasoning.

7Pour into dish.

8Bake 45 minutes.

9Cut in squares to serve.

10Taste may be changed by substituting Swiss, Cheddar or Gruyere cheese.
