- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Combine spinach and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once.

3Drain well.

4In medium bowl, beat eggs with fork.

5Stir in Ricotta, salt and pepper, dill, garlic powder and flour. Blend in spinach and onion.

6Spread mix in 9-inch pie plate.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Microwave 4 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes.

9Reduce power to 50% (Medium) and microwave 3 to 11 minutes longer or until center is set.

10Let stand 5 minutes.
