Ingredients

• 1 lb ricotta cheese
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/3 1/3 cup pepperoni or 1/3 cup ham
• 1/4 1/4 cup onions or 1/4 cup zucchini, in any combination that you prefer
