- 6 oz. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp Cheddar cheese spread
- 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. English muffins, sliced in half
Directions

1When using canned crabmeat, drain.

2Combine all ingredients, except muffins, with electric mixer.

3Spread on English muffin halves.

4Freeze for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cut each muffin half into 6 wedges.

5Re-freeze in plastic bags until ready to serve.

6Broil until golden brown and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

7Serve immediately.

8Filling is also good on party rye or leave muffin halves uncut and serve as open-face sandwich.
