- 2 c. Key lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut 1-inch deep slits in roast.

2Insert whole sections garlic. Add Key lime juice, oregano, salt and pepper.

3Pour over roast. Baste throughout the day every 2 hours.

4Bake in oven or grill desired time for size of roast.

5Baste throughout cooking time with juice mixture.
