- 3 pounds Boneless Pork Roast Or Pork Loin
- 3 cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar (Honey Can Be Used As A Substitute)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Cumin, Ground
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Directions

1Mix all together except the pork.

2Cut the pork loin into to 1 1/2 to 2 inch slices.

3Dip the pork into the sauce and make sure every piece is covered.

4You may cover well, and refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.

5Put it into the crock pot and cook for 8-10 hours.

6Take out of the pot and shred with a fork.
