Cubed Potato Casserole

- 6 to 7 medium potatoes
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- a little pepper
- 1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
Directions

1Peel potatoes and chop into tiny cubes.

2Boil in water 5 to 10 minutes and drain.

3Mix potatoes with onion, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl gently.

4Grease casserole dish with margarine.

5Pour potato mixture in casserole dish and set in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
