  • 2 lb. cubed steak
  • garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Sprinkle steak with garlic salt, roll in flour.

    Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet and brown steak on both sides. Place in greased casserole dish.

    Combine soup, catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar.

    Pour this over steak and cover.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
